We do not accept returns, we only accept size exchanges.

All of our pieces are made to order, we have nothing in stock. Each piece takes between 4 to 30 hours to make.

We believe that each customer deserves special attention and in all pieces it is possible to choose different sizes for the top and bottom. Some of the pieces are made according to the height of each client because no body is the same and we want to offer a personalized service to each customer. Also, it is still possible to choose whether you want your piece to be padded or not.

For us this means that every bikini is made for a particular person. So, when you receive your Side Exclusive Pieces piece, you’ll know that it was tailor-made for you, with all our love and care.

We do not accept returns, but we do accept exchanges because of any problems regarding the fit of piece or sizing, only within 14 days of receiving your order.

The order must be in its original condition, including the original box and bag, and must be completely unused.

The costs associated with returning the order are at the expense of the buyer.

After placing the exchange request, the customer has up to 14 days to pay the shipping costs and proceed with the shipment of the package.
